🍞 Monkey Bread (Cinnamon Sugar Donut Holes)
Soft, sweet, and irresistible — these pull-apart cinnamon sugar bites are easy to make and even easier to devour. What we used to call “Monkey Bread,” made with simple ingredients and a lot of buttery goodness.
🧂 Ingredients
- 1 can refrigerator biscuits (any kind)
- ¼ cup sugar
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
🍽 Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease a shallow baking dish (like a glass pie pan) with butter.
- Melt butter in a small bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon in another.
- Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a ball.
- Dip each ball in butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
- Arrange in baking dish so they all fit snugly.
- Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.
- Let cool 5–10 minutes. Serve warm — pulls apart easily!
