Soft, sweet, and irresistible — these pull-apart cinnamon sugar bites are easy to make and even easier to devour. What we used to call “Monkey Bread,” made with simple ingredients and a lot of buttery goodness.

  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon
  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

🍽 Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Grease a shallow baking dish (like a glass pie pan) with butter.
  3. Melt butter in a small bowl. Mix sugar and cinnamon in another.
  4. Separate biscuits and cut each into 4 pieces.
  5. Roll each piece into a ball.
  6. Dip each ball in butter, then roll in cinnamon-sugar mixture.
  7. Arrange in baking dish so they all fit snugly.
  8. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden.
  9. Let cool 5–10 minutes. Serve warm — pulls apart easily!
