🦀 Auntie M’s Crab Cakes

These crab cakes are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. A family favorite.
Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab meat
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp butter (for frying)
Directions
- Gently mix crab meat with egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
- Form into 6–8 patties.
- Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
- Cook crab cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
