🦀 Auntie M’s Crab Cakes

These crab cakes are crisp on the outside, tender on the inside, and full of flavor. A family favorite.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb lump crab meat
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 2 tbsp butter (for frying)

Directions

  1. Gently mix crab meat with egg, mayo, mustard, Worcestershire, Old Bay, breadcrumbs, and parsley.
  2. Form into 6–8 patties.
  3. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat.
  4. Cook crab cakes 3–4 minutes per side until golden brown.
  5. Serve with lemon wedges or tartar sauce.
