Golden-browned chicken breasts in a light, flavorful sauce — a simple, classic dinner option.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Directions

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high.
  3. Sauté chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Remove chicken; add broth, wine, and lemon juice to skillet.
  5. Simmer 3 minutes; pour over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
