Golden-browned chicken breasts in a light, flavorful sauce — a simple, classic dinner option.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt & pepper
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 cup white wine (optional)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Directions
- Season chicken with salt and pepper.
- Heat butter and oil in skillet over medium-high.
- Sauté chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.
- Remove chicken; add broth, wine, and lemon juice to skillet.
- Simmer 3 minutes; pour over chicken and sprinkle with parsley.
