🥪 Baked Ham and Swiss Sliders

Warm, melty sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory ham, Swiss cheese, and a buttery onion glaze — ideal for parties or game day.


Ingredients

  • 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian sweet rolls
  • 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
  • 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
  • 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
  • 1/2 cup butter, cubed
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
  • 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Without separating rolls, slice in half horizontally. Place bottoms in a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
  2. Spread horseradish sauce on cut sides of bottoms. Layer ham and cheese, then replace tops.
  3. In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in brown sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
  4. Pour mixture over rolls. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
  5. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes longer, until golden brown.
  6. Serve warm.
