🥪 Baked Ham and Swiss Sliders
Warm, melty sliders made with sweet Hawaiian rolls, savory ham, Swiss cheese, and a buttery onion glaze — ideal for parties or game day.
Ingredients
- 1 package (12 oz) Hawaiian sweet rolls
- 1/2 cup horseradish sauce
- 3/4 pound sliced deli ham
- 6 slices Swiss cheese, halved
- 1/2 cup butter, cubed
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
- 2 teaspoons poppy seeds
- 1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Without separating rolls, slice in half horizontally. Place bottoms in a greased 9×9-inch baking pan.
- Spread horseradish sauce on cut sides of bottoms. Layer ham and cheese, then replace tops.
- In a skillet over medium-high heat, melt butter. Add onion; cook until tender. Stir in brown sugar, mustard, poppy seeds, Worcestershire, and garlic powder.
- Pour mixture over rolls. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight.
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake covered for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake 5–10 minutes longer, until golden brown.
- Serve warm.
